the debut dinner

Not a bad start.

  • Grilled chicken which had been marinated in lemon, thyme & garlic.
  • Fresh spinach & lettuce picked from our vegetable bed a half hour before, mixed with an olive oil/cider vinegar/honey/Dijon mustard dressing & thin shavings of parmesan.
  • Radishes from our neighbor's CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) box
  • Blue cheese
  • Green olives
