I made homemade potato chips to go with it - thinly sliced potatoes, tossed with olive oil, sea salt & rosemary baked in a 450 oven for 20 minutes. They didn't come out as crispy as I would have liked, but we still ate them all up. Fresh blueberries finished off a good meal on the porch.
Inspired by Nigel Slater's "The Kitchen Diaries", we are going to photograph dinner every night for a year. Simple, straight-forward food - non-processed as often as possible, and locally grown whenever we can
